PETER HILTON MEMORIAL LECTURE

THIS THURSDAY April 18

The entire department is invited to the colloquium Lecture and/or 
Reception listed below. This is a an occasion for everyone in our 
mathematical community to celebrate.

Lecture: 3 pm in Science2 Room 144

Reception: 4.15 pm President's Reception Room, Anderson Center

Speaker: Dani Wise, McGill University, Montreal

Title: From Riches to Raags: Cubes, Groups and 3-manifolds

Peter Hilton 1923-2010 was Distinguished Professor in our department  from
1982 until his death in 2010.
