[Binghamton Geometry Topology Seminar] Mistake at end of talk

Hi,

I made a mistake. You can make combinatorial horoballs in a different way
and end up with cusped spaces which are not quasi-isometric. Instead of
attaching edges to things within distance 2^n attach edges to vertices
within 2^{2^n}.

My bad.
